Job summary

Talera seeks a Director of Behavioral Services (ABA) to lead on-site clinical operations, supervise teams of behavior analysts and direct care staff, and drive program development across centers.

The role requires a BCBA, a master's in education, psychology, counseling, or a related field, and at least two years of supervisory ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum. The position supports a hybrid schedule with four days in center and one day remote.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in education, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• At least two years of experience implementing ABA interventions with children with autism.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in ABA program management.
• Proven proficiency with assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, and ABLLS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate clinical teams to ensure quality service delivery and staff development.
• Supervise behavior analysts and direct care staff, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Oversee the design and implementation of ABA programs tailored to children with autism.
• Manage staff caseloads, clinical reports, and program quality metrics.
• Represent the organization at community events and professional collaborations.
