Job summary

Ford Motor Company in Michigan is seeking a Design Lead to coordinate studio resources, balance workloads, and drive the development of digital and physical model builds within the Design team.

You’ll determine the best tools and techniques to deliver design executions, ensure GPDS deliverables align with program timing, and interface with all levels of the Design organization to deliver high-quality models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead studio coordination including work balancing, staffing and other resources.
• Lead the development of digital and physical model builds.
• Lead determination of best tools and techniques to deliver accurate Design executions.
• Lead the delivery of GPDS deliverables to program timing and Studio constraints.
• Interface with all levels and functions of the Design team.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality physical models for management reviews.
• Develop methods to deliver high quality digital and physical models with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
