Description

We are hiring a Restaurant Manager.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide guests and patrons with friendly and professional service, excellent food quality, strong price value, and consistency of execution in an attractive, well-maintained environment.
  2. Ensure that meals are delivered in a timely fashion with attention to plating, portion, and temperature.
  3. Develop ways to improve cost savings and labor retention/associate development in line with the hotel’s F&B financial goals.
  4. Thoroughly train staff in service sequence, product knowledge, ensuring we make every effort to meet the needs of each guest.
  5. Lead service education through daily line-ups.
  6. Headline new server, busser, host, and bartender training programs, as well as ongoing development programs and seminars.
  7. Conduct daily evaluation of restaurant service performance.
  8. Hold employee discussions and evaluations.
  9. Coordinate timely food production.
  10. Work with the Chef to provide excellent quality and presentation of all food to guests.
  11. Participate in evaluating food products, kitchen employee performance, and developing products consistent with our market position.
  12. Manage the selection and pricing strategy of all liquors and wines, and supervise their procurement.
  13. Assist the General Manager and/or F&B Director in creating financial objectives for the restaurant through the annual budget process.
  14. Contribute to meeting financial targets by executing and enhancing the marketing plan, reacting quickly to new opportunities, maintaining high operational standards, and effectively utilizing marketing funds.
  15. Help meet budget in all areas of cost control, focusing on cost of sales and payroll.
  16. Supervise all non-supervisory service employees.
  17. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
