Job Description

Provide business, managerial, and technical direction to the Service Center. Supervise Business Administrators, Field Engineers, and Technicians, and schedule workflow. Serve as a customer contact and liaison. Track job progress and financial details.

Position Summary

Responsible for sales, profit, and quality of the area operation. Develop daily schedules for Field Engineers and Technicians, review proposals and reports, make sales calls, review contracts, provide technical support, develop invoicing and status reports, conduct employee reviews, and promote safety and communication within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and review proposals and reports.
  • Make sales calls and develop new accounts.
  • Review field reports and sign contracts.
  • Support field personnel technically.
  • Coordinate technical training and review procedures.
  • Conduct safety meetings and employee reviews.
  • Promote effective communication and new business development.
  • Maintain calibration of test equipment and ensure safety compliance.
