In this role you will drive operational excellence, maintain process stability, improve yield, and increase manufacturing output. Collaborating with equipment engineers, shift operations teams, process owners to quickly resolve issues, you will also help implement continuous improvements and ensure manufacturing goals are met safely and efficiently. This is a shift position rotating 3-4 days off a week.
