Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience using HVLP spray guns.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a consistent finish.
• Ability to work at a steady, productive pace and cooperate with a production team.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the painting area, spray booth, oven, and related equipment.
• Prepare and mix coatings according to manufacturer specifications.
• Determine paint quantity based on the production schedule.
• Ensure required paint and mixing supplies are available.
• Prepare and sand surfaces when repainting is required.
• Apply coatings using HVLP spray techniques and produce a consistent finish.
• Verify correct coating and color are used and document samples for new lots.
• Disassemble, clean, and maintain spray guns; monitor equipment and booth conditions.
