Job summary

Premier Health's Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Heart & Vascular ICU. This full-time night shift (7pm–7:30am) offers a 72-hour pay period and a sign-on bonus.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid Ohio RN license, have hospital RN experience, and demonstrate multitasking, strong organization, and excellent interpersonal skills. Education requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Valid Ohio RN license.
• Previous hospital-based RN experience preferred.
• Must be able to multitask with constant interruptions and maintain a pleasant demeanor.
• Basic computer knowledge; strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in Heart & Vascular ICU with professional, evidence-based practice.
• Coordinate and direct care delivered by interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain high standards for patient care and comply with Ohio Nurse Practice Act and institutional policies.
