Texas Instruments is seeking a Program Management Engineer to lead HVDC product development from concept to release, partnering with multiple teams to bring new technologies to market and manage scope, schedule, and cost. You will influence global teams and ensure flawless execution while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

You will coordinate with wafer fabrication, assembly, and test sites, drive qualification plans, and deliver status updates to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related degree field.
• 5+ years of experience with project engineering/management on highly complex products/projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional teams through the complete product development lifecycle and drive ROI for development initiatives.
• Create and monitor comprehensive project plans including risk management, resources, schedule, and budget constraints.
• Partner with wafer fabrication, assembly and test sites to guarantee schedule adherence, costs, and quality standards; coordinate with PPIT partners to define and release new technologies.
