Stretch Zone is seeking a Service Technician to perform HVACR jobs for both commercial and residential customers. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, assisting in training, and conducting sales. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or HVACR training and 3–5 years of experience.

The role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement. A current Texas operator's license is required, and candidates must be insurable by the corporate insurance carrier.

Qualifications

• High school graduate and HVACR training or 3–5 years of field experience required.
• 1–3 years of experience as a service or installation technician preferred.
• Must have a Texas operator's license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVACR service activities without oversight.
• Assist in training other technicians and develop lead referrals.
• Conduct point-of-work sales for IAQ services.
