About ConServ Building Services

Founded in 1991 as the service division of BCH Mechanical, ConServ Building Services has grown to serve the Tampa Bay, FL area and beyond, including GA, SC, NC, VA, TN, MS, and AL. We are known for customer service and technical expertise, especially for regional clients with multiple accounts, convenience stores, and remote monitoring needs.

Responsibilities:

• Service commercial refrigeration equipment and systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, and reach-ins
• Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Test lines, components, and connections for leaks
• Replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
• Discuss system malfunctions with customers and verify repairs
• Service HVAC systems to improve efficiency, including changing filters and cleaning coils
• Install and adjust thermostats, humidistats, or timers
• Communicate with customers about repairs and maintenance
• Order and install replacement parts as needed

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in any weather
• Universal EPA Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass background and drug tests
• Operate and maintain company vehicle safely
• Availability for after-hours service
• Provide excellent customer service
• Experience in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, ice machines, and preventative maintenance is a plus
• Own basic tools (hand tools, gauges, power tools)
• Company provides ladders, vacuum pumps, leak detectors, etc.
