Salary range starts at $68,400 and goes to $78,661 plus up to a $6K retention bonus; final offer based on qualifications and experience. Expect occasional after-hours duties and active engagement with recruiters and programs.

Qualifications

• Verifiable work experience as an HVACR technician.
• Knowledge of electrical schematics, wiring, controls, and refrigerants.
• Ability to design/build/install HVACR systems and perform load calculations and balancing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high-quality instruction and facilitate student learning.
• Develop course syllabi and instructional plans; organize daily classes using varied techniques.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure safety and equipment security.
• Advise students and collaborate with Student Success to improve retention and outcomes.
