Qualifications

• 8+ years of HVAC experience (Required).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, refrigeration, and maintenance procedures.
• Experience in curriculum development tailored to technical trades and adult education settings (preferred).
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and industry regulations.
• Excellent teaching skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
