Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HVAC/R systems, tools, materials, and components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or maneuver heavy materials as needed.
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Valid Class E driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and service commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.
• Identify potential maintenance issues and risks.
• Communicate effectively with customers before, during, and after service work.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA regulations.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and safe.
