Join us in the NYC Metro area to service and start up commercial HVAC systems that manage air-conditioning, heating, ventilation, humidity, and energy usage—where your diagnostics make an immediate difference.What a Week Could Look LikeDay 1: Commission a water source heat pump and validate performance.Day 2: Troubleshoot a VRF system (Samsung/Hitachi) and restore comfort.Day 3: Perform preventative maintenance on rooftop packaged units to prevent future failures.Day 4: Optimize humidity control while integrating with site energy management.Day 5: Tackle an advanced refrigeration issue and brief the client on next steps.What You’ll Need to Bring5+ years of independent commercial HVAC field work (for senior candidates); we are also hiring entry-level technicians eager to learn.Hands-on knowledge of commercial A/C, heating, water source heat pumps, and rooftop packaged systems.Proven mechanical troubleshooting ability and prior preventative maintenance experience.Advanced refrigeration expertise.Controls experience is a plus.Background with Aaon, Climatemaster, Multistack Chiller, ClimaCool, and VRF platforms (Samsung, Hitachi, etc.) is a plus.Chiller experience is a plus.Experience as a manufacturer’s representative is a plus.EPA certification.A clean driving record.CompensationEstimated Salary: $25/hr - $70/hr, with flexibility based on experience and skills.
