Job summary

Lohmiller & Company dba Carrier West in Denver, CO is seeking a Rear Will Call Associate to serve as the primary warehouse contact for customers picking up Will Call orders. You will blend excellent customer service with accurate order entry and efficient warehouse operations to ensure every customer receives the correct product quickly and professionally.

This role requires lifting up to 75 pounds, forklift experience, and a detail‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, customer service, or distribution experience.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction.
• Greet customers promptly and professionally on arrival.
• Verify identity and order information before releasing merchandise.
• Assist contractors with loading materials safely and efficiently.
• Communicate order status and wait times when necessary.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally or escalate when needed.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization and support inventory control.
