Any Hour Group is hiring an HVAC Warranty Technician to diagnose and repair systems under warranty at residential and commercial sites. You will verify coverage, complete diagnostics, and document repairs while traveling up to 50% of the time to customer locations.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel up to 50% for field service work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and equipment under warranty.
• Verify warranty coverage and ensure compliance with warranty policies.
• Document findings, repairs, and parts replaced for each job.
• Submit warranty claims with required documentation to manufacturers or vendors.
• Communicate clearly with customers about issues, coverage, and repairs.
• Maintain truck inventory and collect payments as needed.
• Coordinate with service managers, dispatch, and parts to complete jobs on time.
• Keep tools and vehicle in good, safe condition.
• Follow safety protocols, EPA requirements, and local HVAC codes.
