Overview

Are you a skilled HVAC technician with a talent for troubleshooting and a commitment to doing the job right the first time? ProSkill Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Warranty Repair Technician to join our trusted team. If you excel at refrigerant-related repairs and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you. This position is based out of ANTHEM, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Perform warranty repairs, troubleshooting, and system maintenance under manufacturer/service contract terms.
• Conduct diagnostics, estimate repair needs, and execute fixes efficiently.
• Complete documentation, maintain truck stock, and ensure safety/compliance on every job.
• Provide top-notch customer service, representing ProSkill’s trusted reputation.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of HVAC service experience, preferably in residential repair and warranty work
• Strong diagnostic skills and experience with a range of residential HVAC systems (heat pumps, furnaces, mini-splits, etc.)
• Valid EPA certification and applicable HVAC trade license (where required)
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to work independently in variable conditions (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops)
• Strong customer communication skills and a solutions-driven mindset
