Qualifications

3 Years of HVAC service or install experience with diagnostic skills.
Strong communication, customer service, and leadership abilities.
Detail-oriented with focus on quality and long-term solutions.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Run warranty calls.
Diagnose and resolve HVAC installation and service warranty issues.
Identify repeat issues and support training to improve technician performance.
Mentor and coach service technicians and installers.
Partner with Dispatch and Service Management to resolve warranty calls efficiently.
Repair and troubleshoot HVAC systems and related equipment.
Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate service documentation.
Order parts to support timely repair completion.
