Overview

About the Role: As a Warranty HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems under warranty. You will ensure that all warranty-related repairs and services are completed efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform warranty service, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues covered under warranty, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
  • Evaluate warranty claims and determine if repairs fall under warranty coverage.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers and internal teams to process warranty claims and obtain necessary parts.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to prevent future system failures.
  • Repair or replace components such as motors, fans, thermostats, and filters as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, explaining warranty terms, repair options, and system improvements.
  • Accurately document all service activities, including diagnostics, repairs, and parts used for warranty processing.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Residential Warranty Service HVAC Technician or similar role.
