Job summary

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required and must be active.
• Experience with warehouse automation and process improvement preferred.
• OSHA and EPA certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule warehouse staff to cover morning dispatch, deliveries, and end-of-day staging.
• Assign daily tasks and priorities to warehouse personnel; adjust coverage for call-outs or peak volume.
• Train new warehouse staff on stocking, staging, and safety procedures.
• Review warehouse staff performance against key indicators and address gaps.
• Pull material lists for tomorrow's jobs and stage accordingly.
• Report status of jobs pulled at day end to Dept Managers.
• Perform quarterly inventory counts and identify automation opportunities.
