Carrier Enterprise is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to support HVAC products in Ripley, WV. You will handle order fulfillment, inbound receiving, and inventory maintenance, while guiding and training new associates and ensuring efficient, accurate operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably HVAC or distribution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to customer service and safety in the workplace.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency with inventory and shipping/receiving systems.
• Current forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders through picking, packing, and shipment processing.
• Receive, count, sort, and label inbound shipments.
• Maintain inventory with cycle counts and replenishment.
• Audit processes for compliance and safety.
• Train and set up new Associates.
• Prepare and process shipments and documentation.
• Perform quality checks on freight orders and maintain a clean workspace.
• Monitor team performance and assist during shifts.
• Research issues in CSD to correct problems.
