Job summary

Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd seeks a Project Engineer to lead HVAC utilities for a major Ohio pharma project on a 12-month contract. You will drive startup and commissioning activities, ensuring readiness from construction through CQV and operational handover.

The role requires strong experience in regulated industrial environments, expertise in HVAC systems and utilities, and proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex schedules.

Qualifications

• Extensive engineering, startup, commissioning, or project execution experience in regulated industrial environments.
• Strong expertise with HVAC systems and startup/commissioning.
• Experience with clean and gray utility systems.
• Proven ability to lead projects from design through CQV.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HVAC & Utilities Node Lead for the project area.
• Lead HVAC and utility activities from construction through startup and CQV.
• Provide technical leadership for HVAC systems, focusing on startup/commissioning.
• Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, CQV, operations, and contractors.
• Coordinate execution activities, schedules, priorities, and deliverables across stakeholders.
• Drive issue resolution and startup readiness to meet milestones.
