United CoolAir, LLC is seeking a Unit Wirer for our York, PA production facility. You will assemble components and wire HVAC units, following blueprints and schematics while ensuring quality inspections at each step.

This full-time role requires the ability to work with motors, controls, and safety standards in a dynamic manufacturing setting. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to work well in teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and subassemblies to build HVAC units.
• Install electrical wiring within HVAC units based on blueprints and schematics.
• Connect motors, controls, and switches in the HVAC system.
• Use hand, power, and pneumatic tools to complete assembly and wiring.
• Inspect and test wiring to ensure compliance with specs and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve wiring issues during assembly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Comply with safety regulations and wear PPE.
• Collaborate with departments to meet deadlines and quality.
