Comfort Solutions in Utah is seeking an HVAC Tune-Up Technician to join our residential home services team. You will perform preventative maintenance and tune-ups on heating and cooling equipment, conducting inspections and offering honest recommendations to keep systems safe and efficient.

You'll educate homeowners on operation and maintenance plans, document service calls, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience on every visit.

Qualifications

HVAC experience preferred; training available for others who have the drive and motivation.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Perform residential HVAC maintenance and tune-ups on heating and cooling systems.
Conduct system performance evaluations and safety inspections.
Identify potential repair and replacement needs.
Educate homeowners on system operation, maintenance plans, and indoor air quality solutions.
Accurately document service calls and recommendations.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience on every visit.
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a professional manner.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
