Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and tune-ups on HVAC systems, including cleaning, inspecting, testing, and calibrating equipment.
• Inspect, clean, and adjust condensers, blowers, coils, and filters.
• Diagnose potential issues during tune-ups and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Educate customers on system performance and energy efficiency.
• Document work performed and recommendations for each job.
• Maintain tools and company vehicles in safe, working condition; follow EPA/HVAC safety codes.
• Assist with emergency service calls or installations as needed.
