Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $46.00/hr

Responsibilities

Under minimal supervision, conduct preventive maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, and servicing of systems, including troubleshooting. Provide high customer satisfaction through on-site interaction. Mentor control and service technicians. Complete all documentation accurately. Offer solutions to improve building efficiency and resolve service issues.

Diagnose and repair complex control systems, consult with customers, manage work efficiently, communicate effectively, and ensure safety standards. Train customers, mentor technicians, and support certification processes. Complete project documentation, assist with design and configuration of control systems, and coordinate materials and system commissioning. Keep management informed of progress and issues, and participate in training and improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Vocational School, Associate’s degree in a technical field, or two years’ experience in electronic/mechanical systems servicing
• Ability to install and service electronic control and HVAC systems
• Effective communication skills and ability to explain technical info to diverse audiences
• Knowledge of control theory, building automation, and subsystems
