What You Will Do

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Truck Base Mechanic (Journeyman) who has worked in residential, light commercial, and/or heavy commercial markets to join our team and work with the most advanced heavy commercial and industrial cutting-edge equipment.

The mechanic must have practical experience in residential, light commercial, or commercial mechanical equipment. Passing an examination to demonstrate special skills may be required. The scope of work will be limited to commercial HVACR service. The mechanic may partner with Journeymen in repairing centrifugal, steam turbines, absorption machines, open-drive screw chillers, and ammonia systems.

Responsibilities include performing maintenance, repair, and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems.

Required

What we look for

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least five (5) years of commercial and/or industrial mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry.
• Ability to commit to a 30-hour OSHA certification, which must be completed after hours and on weekends, upon hire.
• Computer literacy with good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred

• Five (5) years of commercial and/or industrial HVAC work experience.
• Refrigeration Certification (preferred).
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.
