In this hands-on field role, you will perform commercial HVACR service work for light commercial and/or heavy commercial customers. You will troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and replace heating and cooling equipment, support commissioning and aftermarket service, and help customers improve facility performance and efficiency.
Own each service call with accountability, safety, and integrity, ensuring the work is completed correctly and professionally. Stay close to the work and the customer, listen carefully, and remove barriers that delay service or resolution. Use practical troubleshooting and clear problem-solving to find root causes, not just symptoms, and make durable repairs. Improve every day through candor and learning, applying training from the Service Technical Academy (STA) and lessons from the field. Win as one team by collaborating with journeymen, apprentices, and branch teammates and respecting diverse perspectives. Pay Range: $47.68 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role. However, we recognize that exceptional candidates may bring unique skills and experiences that exceed the typical profile.
