Qualifications

• Two (2) years of practical working experience in residential, light commercial, or commercial mechanical equipment.
• Two (2) years of commercial and/or industrial mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Adherence to the company Safety Program.
• Willingness to join the UA of Plumbers and Pipefitters.
• Ability to satisfactorily pass an examination to identify your skills and knowledge, if required.

Use Service Technical Academy (STA) training, milestone recognition, and direct access to Factory Technical Support to build your skills and deliver quality work. Improve every day through candor and problem-solving by documenting findings clearly, sharing practical recommendations, and turning field observations into better outcomes. Win as one team by collaborating with Journeymen, technical support, and customers while respecting different perspectives in the field. Use the safety equipment, uniforms, tools, cell phone, technical equipment, and vehicle provided to perform the job effectively.

• Demonstrated knowledge of maintenance and repair of three-phase commercial HVAC equipment, RTUs, heat pumps, and fans.

• Valid driver's license.

• Willingness to join the UA of Plumbers and Pipefitters.
• Ability to satisfactorily pass an examination to identify your skills and knowledge, if required.

Nice to Have

• Five (5) years of commercial and/or industrial work experience in the HVAC industry.
• Experience with pumps, VFDs, and Air Handling Units.
• Experience assisting with centrifugal, absorption, screw, and scroll chiller service.
• Computer-savvy with the ability to use digital tools in a field service environment.

Pay Range: $30.58 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement.
