HVAC Truck Based Chiller Mechanic (union)

What You Will Do

How Will You Do It

We need skilled HVAC Technicians experienced with residential and ducted products, chillers, AHUs, or rooftop units. We provide factory certification, tools, uniforms, a vehicle, and safety-focused incentives. Your responsibilities include providing high-level service, troubleshooting, recommending solutions, and upselling where appropriate.

Minimum Requirements

• Be a dedicated team member willing to learn startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and aftermarket services.
• Membership or willingness to join a local Union.
• At least 3 years of practical experience with HVAC systems and troubleshooting.
• Ability to repair compressors, turbines, and chiller components.
• Willingness to travel 10-20% for support activities.
• Pass a knowledge exam to demonstrate proficiency.
• Commitment to career development and training.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to provide quotes and participate in rewards programs.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn.
• Prioritize safety and hold necessary licenses, including EPA refrigerant license and valid driver’s license.
