American Residential Services (ARS) is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician in the Boerne, TX area. You will diagnose, repair, maintain, and evaluate residential HVAC systems, delivering high-quality service homeowners expect from a leading national provider.

Ideal candidates have strong diagnostic and repair skills for furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units, with EPA universal certification and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, AC).
• EPA certification (universal) and TDLR preferred.
• Ability to safely navigate attics, crawlspaces and tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose residential HVAC systems including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units.
• Perform HVAC repairs, service calls, and preventative maintenance.
• Identify system issues and recommend heating/cooling solutions.
• Ensure all work meets company standards and local code requirements.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about performance and repairs.
• Deliver professional customer service while completing HVAC service and repair work.

• Able to navigate attics, crawlspaces, and other challenging work areas safely
