Home Services Company/Plumbing Company looking to expand into HVAC. We need an experienced HVAC Tech to help start a new company and train new techs.

You’re the old dog who will forget more than the young punks will ever know about HVAC, hell, life. If this describes you, then we can talk.

You've put in the time, done the work, and know that you're pretty much the best guy around. You also know that the future is bleak when it comes to apprentices coming into the trade, but feel the need to pass on your wisdom. You probably had a mentor that you feel a deep sense of gratitude for what he taught you. Friendship and no BS relationships with people are important above all else, Life hasn't handed you anything; You've created your own opportunities, worked longer, harder and smarter to get ahead. You probably invented the phrase "Shit Happens", but know it's always been up to you to work through it and can appreciate when someone helps instead of demanding that someone do the work for you.

You know that life will throw down situations where you have the choice to go above and beyond to help another human being. You aspire to do so.
