Job summary

Scope Services, Inc. is seeking a Thermostat Field Technician in North Little Rock. The role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC control systems, and ensuring customer satisfaction on site.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of HVAC controls experience, basic electrical knowledge, and be able to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. A company vehicle is provided for hire approvals, with safety standards emphasized.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years' HVAC controls installation, repair and maintenance experience.
• Must pass Criminal Background & MVR Check & Drug Screen.
• Basic knowledge of web-based programs, Excel, Word, and MS email.

Responsibilities

• Tests HVAC systems before and after installation, installs controls, completes and closes necessary work orders.
• Communicates with customer upon arrival and before leaving the work site. Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction. Promotes approved add-on work.
• Manages assigned work to meet professional execution, of time and customer satisfaction. Reports problems or changes to management immediately. Interfaces with the Local Manager and supervisors.
• Adheres to all Corporate and customer safety standards.
• May provide training to customers on electronic control systems operations. Issues customer Handouts and Helps them complete the customer agreement form.
• Conducts extensive self-study to improve and maintain technical proficiency in company's product lines. Completes certifications as required by the company.
