Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or 2 years related manufacturing experience.
• 2-year EPA HVAC refrigeration certificate or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate test stand units and adjust controls to meet specifications.
• Identify safe testing amperage and voltage.
• Read schematics and blueprints for proper assembly.
• Use computer test software effectively.
• Complete test documentation promptly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve unit performance issues in electrical/refrigeration systems.
• Communicate test status to team members and supervisors.
• Train new members on machines, safety, and quality practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized 5S work area.
• Follow HOMESafe and safety manuals.
• Read and interpret engineering specs for fabricating/installing sheet metal.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks.
• All other duties as assigned.
