AiradigmSolutions in Boston is seeking a HVACTest & Balance Technician to join our field team. You will test, balance, diagnose, and fine-tune commercial HVAC systems to ensure comfort, efficiency, and safety across diverse buildings.

No prior TAB experience is required; we provide paid training on the NEBB Technician program, a company vehicle, and ongoing support as you advance toward NEBB certification and career growth in New England.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent driving record; trusted with a company vehicle.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must be willing to travel and occasionally work evenings/out of town.
• Strong mechanical math aptitude and self-motivation to grow in HVAC.
• Good time management and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Test mechanical systems using specialized testing equipment.
• Show up on time and prepared for on-site work.
• Communicate with other trades on site: controls, plumbing, electrical, mechanical.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain professional job-site etiquette.
• Review project specs, scope of work, submittals, and safety requirements.
• Meet project deadlines and travel as project requires.
