Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service, installation, or maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of standard heating and cooling systems, including diagnostics and repairs.
• Understanding of humidity control, air quality, and system balancing.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to follow directions accurately.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Timeliness and reliability are essential.
• Personable, professional, and able to build rapport with clients.
• EPA certification required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, with overtime and on-call rotation as needed.
