Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Blair, Nebraska is seeking an HVAC Technician to maintain heating, ventilation and refrigeration systems. The role requires adherence to safety standards, working in a team, and performing repairs and preventive maintenance with minimal supervision.

You’ll work Mon-Fri (7am-3:30pm or 7am-5:30pm variants), earn up to $35.00 per hour based on experience, receive weekly pay and benefits from day one, and have opportunities for advancement and training in a cutting-edge

Qualifications

Education: Possess a high school degree or an approved GED.
Experience: Some experience in industrial HVAC/refrigeration maintenance and repairs preferred
Career paths: Company trains and develops skills for HVAC careers.

Responsibilities

Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
Work safely in a team oriented environment with adherence to PJHA and site policies.
Install equipment and troubleshoot malfunctions per maintenance procedures.
Complete administrative duties such as time accounting and work order documentation.
