Title: HVAC Technician V

Location:

Baltimore, MD

Position Summary:

The HVAC Technician will estimate materials, supplies, and equipment required to perform work assignments. They will determine means and methods for accomplishing tasks and secure appropriate materials, supplies, and equipment from stock or suppliers with approval. Responsibilities also include installing, maintaining, repairing, overhauling, and calibrating various heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment, including pumps, boilers, burners, thermostats, air conditioning units, condensers, fans, evaporators, controls, electrical apparatus, and smoke/fire detection and damping systems.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Maryland Class C driver's license
• Four years of HVAC Apprenticeship experience or 10 years of relevant work experience

Job Type / Shift:

Full Time, Evening Shift. On-call work required.

Salary Range:

Minimum $36.35 per hour - Maximum $36.35 per hour. Compensation will be based on equity and experience for similar roles.
