• Follow project instructions and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate any issues or unusual conditions to the project supervisor.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

PAY RANGE: $20.00-$21.00 per hour DOE

FT / PT STATUS: Full Time

LOCATION: Customer Facilities, Shipyard(s)

SUMMARY

The HVAC Technician Trainee is an entry level, hands‑on role that will support the field team while gaining practical experience in the HVAC industry. Primary tasks involve conducting condition surveys of HVAC systems and equipment, identifying areas that need attention, and making sure systems and surrounding areas are properly sealed and airtight.

• Within the shipyard, minimal exposure to extreme temperatures, high noise levels, toxic or caustic chemicals, fumes, airborne particles, outdoor weather conditions, dusty conditions, wet and/or humid conditions, hazardous machinery
