Job summary

Lincoln Tech is seeking HVAC Technicians to transition into Instructors in our HVAC Technology program in Georgia. No teaching experience required, as we provide training and support to empower educators.

Responsibilities include hands-on teaching, delivering accredited curriculum, mentoring students, and upholding safety standards in a fully equipped facility. This role offers full-time benefits and a focus on growth and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years as an HVAC Technician.
• EPA 608 certification required within first 3 months.
• OSHA 30 certification required within first 3 months.
• Universal EPA 608 Refrigerant Recovery License required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Teach and provide hands-on HVAC training in our fully equipped facility.
• Deliver Lincoln Tech accredited curriculum using Blended Learning Model.
• Advise and mentor students to support growth, professionalism and accountability.
• Evaluate student progress and communicate outcomes clearly and fairly.
• Emphasize safety and regulatory compliance in all sessions.
• Maintain a professional, visitor-ready classroom environment.
• Complete Lincoln Instructor Foundational Training (LIFT) program.
• Prepare students for successful careers in HVAC Technology.
