Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and determine the right course of repair.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and system inspections.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Document work performed, parts used, and system conditions accurately.
• Follow all safety procedures and comply with EPA and local code requirements.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members about findings and recommendations.
