Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• NATE Certification preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in tight/confined spaces.
• Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, and various weather conditions.
• Able to stand, bend, climb, and perform physical work throughout the day.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, ductless mini splits, and related equipment.
• Work with team members to complete installations efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure proper system setup, performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
