Job summary

Robbins Heating & Air Conditioning in Farmington, NM seeks an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and service home heating and cooling systems. You will handle calls from diagnosis through completion with limited supervision.

You will communicate clearly with homeowners, provide accurate repair recommendations, and maintain professional results while benefiting from established company support and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience required.
• Residential HVAC experience strongly preferred.
• EPA Certification strongly preferred.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to diagnose systems rather than rely on parts replacement.
• Comfortable reading wiring diagrams and system schematics.
• Strong customer communication and professionalism.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician

$30–$36/Hour + Bonuses and Spiffs | Farmington, NM

Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–5:00 PM | Residential Service

Robbins Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Farmington.

This position is designed for a technician who can diagnose problems independently, perform quality repairs, communicate confidently with homeowners, and take ownership of each service call. You'll have the support and resources of an established company while continuing to develop your technical skills.

Your Day-to-Day

You’ll be responsible for residential service and repair calls, from initial diagnosis through completion.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential heating and cooling systems

What We Need From You
