Job summary

Moorings Park is seeking a dedicated HVAC Technician to join our Naples-based team. The role focuses on identifying repair needs, installing and upgrading HVAC systems, and supporting other trades to ensure reliable comfort for residents and staff.

You will work Monday to Friday, 7:30AM–4:00PM, with opportunities to contribute to maintenance planning and safety compliance in a compassionate, award-winning environment.

Qualifications

• HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair responsibilities.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and complete work on HVAC projects.
• Strong communication in English.
• Welding, brazing, and pipe fitting skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify repair and replacement needs for HVAC systems.
• Install, repair, maintain, and upgrade HVAC equipment.
• Collaborate with other trades and maintain job-site tools.
• Respond to emergencies as required.
