Aegis Worldwide is proud to partner with a reputable manufacturing company based in Noblesville, IN, in search of a HVAC Technician to join their growing team! This 1st shift opportunity is ideal for someone with a background in HVAC within production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments, including experience with air ducts and maintenance on HVAC systems, pumps, chillers, and boilers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform scheduled inspections, adjustments, and routine cleaning in alignment with the maintenance calendar for equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
  2. Conduct routine upkeep and preventive service on mechanical and facility infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  3. Diagnose issues and perform corrective repairs or part replacements on equipment, machinery, and facility components when necessary.
  4. Collaborate with operators, technicians, and supervisors to address technical issues and equipment malfunctions promptly.
  5. Adhere to lockout/tagout protocols and follow all relevant safety standards during maintenance and repairs.
  6. Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times during maintenance activities.
  7. Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including pumps, thermolators, chillers, and boilers.
  8. Assist with the installation and setup of HVAC infrastructure, such as ductwork, piping, and electrical components.
  9. Remove and dispose of outdated or non-functional machinery and equipment properly.
  10. Support HVAC contractors during diagnostics or system installations.
  11. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all maintenance and repair tasks.
  12. Provide hands-on support to production teams to maintain efficient operations.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
  • Tech I: A degree or certification in a related field and/or 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility.
  • Tech II: A degree in a related field and/or 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility.
  • Tech III: A degree in a related field and/or 7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility.
