Lincoln Tech in East Windsor, CT is seeking an HVAC Technician Instructor to educate and mentor aspiring professionals, delivering theoretical and hands-on instruction in our well-equipped facility to prepare graduates for successful careers in HVAC.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of HVAC experience, S1/S2 license (or ability to obtain), a high school diploma, and strong communication and mentoring skills. The role offers a four-day work week with three-day weekends and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC Technician experience.
