Lincoln Tech in Rowlett, TX is hiring HVAC Instructors to educate and mentor students in our new, well-equipped facility. You will teach HVAC technologies, blend theory with hands-on practice, and prepare graduates for industry certification.

We value experienced professionals who are passionate about teaching, able to motivate students, and collaborate with fellow faculty to continuously improve the program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC technician experience within last 10 years.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.

• Teach HVAC Technologies following accredited curriculum.
• Conduct hands-on training in fully equipped facility.
