Job summary

Gallo Mechanical Services is seeking HVAC Service Technicians to join our high-performing team in Lafayette, LA. You will service, install, and maintain commercial HVAC systems across a defined market, from new facility set ups to retrofits.

Responsibilities include testing, startup, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, site surveys, and responding to service requests. You will work closely with customers and teammates, while upholding safety standards and delivering exceptional comfort.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC service experience required.
• EPA Certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site customer contact and service equipment.
• Test, start up, commission, and service HVAC projects.
• Coordinate with team and customer for on-site needs.
• Diagnose and repair units; propose upgrades.
• Maintain safety and asset accountability.
• Work overtime and occasional overnight stays.
