Qualifications

• 3+ years field experience in HVAC/R.
• Experience in industrial, commercial, or institutional environments preferred.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC/R equipment at client sites.
• Perform service quotes and paperwork for each job.
• Coordinate with dispatch to prioritize calls and order parts.
