• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, controls, and parts.
• Explain equipment conditions and recommended solutions clearly to customers.
• Complete service tickets, work orders, and equipment documentation accurately.
• Follow company safety procedures, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes.
• Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and work areas.
• Deliver professional and courteous service during every customer visit.

• Diagnose, service, maintain, and repair heating and air-conditioning systems
